Andrew is a foundation Director of Valcorp Australia Pty Ltd. Andrew is a highly experienced property professional with a background in valuation, accounting, commercial sales and computer based financial analysis. Prior to establishing Valcorp, Andrew was Consultancy Manager at Hillier Parker and Tutor in Valuation at the University of South Australia. He specialises in public sector valuations and financial reporting assignments.

Fred Taormina

Fred is also a foundation Director of Valcorp. He gained his experience in a wide range of valuation fields across Australia and overseas. His expertise is in conducting valuations for insurance and mortgage security purposes for a wide range of property types with special emphasis on property dispute negotiations. He has previously held valuation positions with the South Australian Department of Lands, the Fiji Native Land Trust and Edward Rushton Pty Ltd.

 

Alicia Portolesi

Alicia has been a Valcorp employee since July 2003, assisting the principals with day-to-day valuation and consultancy tasks. Alicia completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) in 2004 and over the years has specialised in commercial, residential, industrial and rural valuations. Valuations for financial reporting purposes and mortgage valuations have been a major part of her valuation experience. On going education and training is undertaken as per the yearly requirements of the API continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points Programme with a major focus on Risk Management.

 

Neil Zwaans

Neil commenced practice with Valcorp in 2008, after successfully completing his Bachelor of Business in Property. For his academic efforts, Neil won the Gary Lindblom Memorial Award, which is awarded by the Australian Property Institute to the student with the highest grade-point average over the three years of the Bachelor of Business (Property) programme. Neil has previously been involved in property construction, development, renovation and land sub-division and this wealth of experience is proving useful in his valuation work.
